The treerats and I continue to battle over the feeders. At one point this morning, a squirrel knocked the new metal feeder onto the ground. I retrieved it and hung it again. A few minutes later, the squirrel managed to get the metal tube detached from the top (I am hoping it was knocked loose by the first fall!). I got it reattached TIGHTLY and rehung. It was all still in place when I got home tonight but…
Nonetheless the feeders continue to attract some very welcome visitors.
